TIPS AND ETIQUETTE at The Beauty Studio Medispa

Booking Appointments

Cancellation Policy – We know sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided, but if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or re-schedule an appointment we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee.

Pregnancy and Medication – Please advise at the time of booking if you are either pregnant, taking medication or undergoing medical treatment to avoid disappointment.

Arrival – Try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, this is your special time to unwind and relax. If it is your first visit to the Medispa you will need to complete a short questionnaire including your contact details.

Mobile Phones – At The Medispa, we strive to provide a relaxing, soothing experience from the moment you arrive until you leave. Please help us preserve a tranquil environment by switching off your mobie phone before entering the salon.

Valuables – Prior to certain treatments you may be asked to remove items of jewellery. Please ensure you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Children – The Medispa environment is not suitable for small children, please arrange for them to be cared for elsewhere while you come and have some well deserved time to yourself.

LOYALTY SCHEME

We value your regular custom and like to show our appreciation for your loyalty by giving you something back. That’s why we run a loyalty scheme.

Every time you enjoy a salon treatment we reward you with points which can be used to redeem against any treatment of your choice. No need to worry about saving them or keeping a loyalty card our computerised system keeps a record for you. Next time you visit just ask reception how many points you’ve earned or how many points you need to redeem the treatment of your choice and then treat yourself for free!
